Job Description

Position: Accounting Specialist

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $50000 - $55000 / Year

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Job Duties:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards

· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

· Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts

· Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments

· Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

· Review and verify invoices, expense reports, and supporting documentation

· Monitor account balances and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

· Support financial reporting, audits, and internal controls

· Maintain organized and compliant financial documentation

· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data

Requirements:

·2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

· Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

· Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
