- 4 to 5 nights/month

- IDT

- Consultation and med consults

- Telehealth visits, CTIs

• Call Response Time: 20-30 mins

• Patient Demographics: 99% Adult; 1% Geriatric

• Patient Volume: 85-100

• No of Admissions: 3-10

• Support Staff:

- 1 APP, 4-10 RNs, CNAs

- CHs, MSWs, Clinical Managers (RNs)

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info:

- Weeknight calls are variable - sometimes may have 0 admits and 1-2 symptom calls, sometime 4-5 admits come after 5pm and multiple calls on complex patients during the night for crisis visits or GIP admits.

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active OR or WA License or IMLC

• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)

• BLS

• DEA

• FM, IM highly prefer they are in Hospice (if FM or IM, they MUST have ample experience in hospice work)
