Overview:
My client is seeking a skilled NAV Data Migration Specialist with strong ETL expertise to lead and execute data migration projects from legacy systems Dynamics NAV into D365 Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and managing ETL pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute end-to-end data migration strategies for NAV implementations.
* Develop and optimize ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and reconcile migrated data.
* Troubleshoot data issues and ensure compliance with data governance standards.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience with Dynamics NAV data structures and migrations.
* Strong proficiency in ETL tools and scripting (e.g., SSIS, SQL, Python).
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Experience in finance or ERP environments is a plus.
* Experience with D365 F&O/FSCM is a plus.
