Roles & Opportunities

Sika is looking for an experienced Office Coordinator, to join our Team in Eaton Rapids Michigan. The Office Coordinator plays a key role in supporting production and the operations team.

At Sika, the Office Coordinator performs various administrative tasks, such as:

• Generating labels for packaging and products
• Actively participates in the plants SIKA SAFE Program
• Reviews process orders and SDS information 
• Data Entry into SAP and filing process orders for traceability 

Job Description

Specific Responsibilities:

• Serves as the plant receptionist, greeting visitors, signing them in and providing safety information
• Reviews incoming SDS documents for raw material requirements, makes changes and makes changes as needed
• Maintains the SDS library 
• Reviews and enters finished process orders into SAP 
• Works with marketing on development of new labels and or changes required to existing labels.
• Reviews process orders created by production and generates labels for WIP, products, & packaging as scheduled.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills

• Data entry skills- high volume and high degree of accuracy
• PC proficiency including excel spreadsheet creation and maintenance
• SAP proficiency is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
• Must have 2+ years of experience in a fast- paced manufacturing environment
• Highschool Diploma required 
• Excellent attendance.
